Frequently Asked Service

Questions

How do I know if my Chevrolet vehicle has been included in a recall?

From time to time Chevrolet will issue recalls on vehicles with a safety defect. These can be minor ones such as gaskets being replaced or major ones where whole assemblies are replaced. Should a recall on your vehicle ever occur, Chevrolet will notify you by mail. You can also call us  at (678) 729-3186 .
How do I obtain an Owner?s Manual?

There are two ways to obtain a copy:

  • 1. You can register your vehicle by visiting the Chevrolet Owner Center at  MyGMlink to download a complimentary electronic copy (for most vehicles from 1995 to present).
  • 2. To receive a paper copy (for a fee) you may contact Helm, Inc. Manuals are available from the late 1960s or early 1970s for most GM vehicles. You can reach Helm Publications Ordering at 1-800-551-4123.
